A series of open community discussions and dialogue: The event is held during National Child Abuse Prevention Month. We will be introducing the community to the realities of the child welfare system, and the impact that inequities in this system have when unaddressed. This series will serve community leaders, elected officials, business owners, educators, and the general public as it relates to building community. The outcome of this discussion will be greater awareness, and a path forward. We will bring examples of leaders that are doing this work in surrounding areas to help Southern Indiana build an infrastructure that promotes equity for ourselves. Let us Define: Equity, Equality, Racism, Bias, Discrimination… Presented By F5 Enterprises, LLC, & Community Partner: New Hope Services, INC, *This program is partially funded by the Indiana Department of Health, Office of Minority Health.* ——-
